Meet Pepper...an approximately 2-4 year old spayed female Boston Terrier mix. Pepper aka Pippa has the most adorable underbite and is a great snuggler. She is very sweet and loves to be in your lap.
Pepper currently weighs approximately 18-20 pounds. She is housebroken and puppy pad trained.
She is up for adoption through Swampy Paws Canine Rescue and her adoption fee is $50 for the month of August which includes age appropriate vaccinations, dewormer, flea prevention, heartworm prevention/test, vet check and spay.
A fenced yard and homevisit are REQUIRED to adopt Pepper.

Swampy Paws Canine Rescue is a small family run non-profit animal rescue located in Livingston Parish. We provide a safe haven for abused, neglected and abandoned animals in rural Livingston Parish.
Volunteers are needed in every area to continue to rescue the helpless animals.
You do not have to foster to volunteer! You may only have an hour a week to dedicate and that's ok, we have something for everyone.
Can't volunteer but want to help? Donations are always needed and appreciated!
You can donate directly to our account at our local vet's offices to help with medical costs.

Swampy Paws Canine Rescue holds pet adoption events each Friday evening from 5pm-7pm inside the Petco in Denham Springs.
You may also call 225-772-8836 to make an appointment to meet one of our adoptable pets!
Swampy Paws Canine Rescue currently has an adoption fee of $75 which includes age appropriate vaccinations, dewormer, flea/heartworm prevention, heartworm test (if over 6 months of age), vet check and spay/neuter.
We do require a home check for large breed dogs and ask for a vet reference for all adoptions.
