My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The Facebook post said that a family was being forced to give Herbie up because their trailer park wouldn't let them keep a pitbull. Believable. They also said he was 7 months old. Not quite believable. Herbie is a tiny, wiggle-waggle puppy whose canine teeth are just coming in. Possibly 4, possibly 5 months old. He's a little darling. Tiny and sweet, with his tail wagging 200 wags/minute. He's got the wide chest of a pitbull--also the brains and sweet disposition. We don't know how big he'll get but we already know his personality and that won't change. Herbie loves everybody. Wants to jump up and off the bed. Wants to play, play, play. Looking up at you with those dark round eyes in that pink and white face.

Amazing for one so young, Herbie is housetrained. He's quiet in his crate and rushes to the door when released. Herbie's been vaccinated and neutered. He's a wonderful puppy--full of confidence and play. Be prepared for stick chewing and comforter emptying and ball bouncing. He likes to eat carrots and goes after birdseed like he's a pony! He's naughty but he comes running back -- full of affection, a little mouth action, and that wagging tail. He'll drive an older dog crazy but a young one will love his infectious play spirit. He's smart, answers to his name (if there's nothing more interesting going on), and is getting better and better at his manners. If your family is looking for a puppy to liven up their day--Herbie's your guy!!
