Fern's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Fern's Story...
I am a real snuggler and love being close to another kitty (like my littermate) so I will definitely need a kitty friend in my new home. I have been around dogs and children and do ok with them as well. Since I am a tad shy at first, the best way to bring out my sweet side is to play with me and give me plenty of petting. Once I am confident, I will be a good kitty for you. My edob is 9/12.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fern, a Houston Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
