Cally URGENT's Story...
Sweet Cally, left alone to die. We are ever grateful for the opportunity to save this sweet girl. She is a golden retriever chow mix and has been through a lot. She is ready to have love and patience so she can feel great in becoming an honored family member.

Cally is 10, in good health with a recent vet exam and will love to lie by your feet, take walks and watch the world go by. As her breed dictates, she will be a great protector of her family and her home.

We are eager for a loving foster and even better, a home!

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations range from $150-$250. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cally URGENT, a San Diego Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chow Chow for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Chow Chow dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chow Chow breeders who help with Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
