Gee Gee's Story...
Gee Gee is a beautiful, loving 4 year old Yorkshire terrier who unfortunately lost her forever home due to a drastic change in living conditions. This gal is awesome! She goes to the back door when time to potty; not a barker, very loving, gets along great with children & adults! She was in her home, alone, for four years and although she is sharing our home with our personal furbabies and rescued fosters, she appears to be getting along with everyone just fine.
We believe Gee Gee would fit nicely in a quiet home with no more than one or two other 'brothers or sister'. Gee Gee is fully vetted (spayed/microchipped/vaccinated) and ready to interview you to be considered as her forever family! 817-714-0990

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gee Gee, a Fort Worth Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
