info below from current owner

Ideally Edie would end up in a home with lots of open space to run around, huge fenced yard, or fenced acrage city outskirts or country
looking for either dog experienced people or breed experience

She is very friendly with humans, though I have never had her interact with small children so we are looking for a adult home if there's a well behaved child over 12 years that is fine too just no little kids

Edie does do the occasional mouthing when she's gets super excited in her greetings, which scares kids.

She likes to be indoors and play and romp outside so looking for a active family, she is always well behaved in the house.

She is house trained, crate trained, and has never destroyed anything of mine while I have been out.

She will usually just nap. She has a tendency to chase small creatures, including cats and squirrels being the nordic breed that is normal and being a dog

she also chases larger animals like sheep and goats as well. but with supervision can be trained not too she is super smart

She gets along with small dogs of either gender, but does not do well with larger or same sized female dogs since she's the queen, but would do well in a house with a large male dog, as she has previously shared a home with a St. Bernard and a black lab.

She can be scared around lots of dogs so a one on one meeting with new dogs best, she prefers nature walks versus dog parks for that reason

She is smart, loving, athletic, mellow when you need her to be, great in the car, happy with people and one of the best dogs I've ever known.

She has a great spirit and if there were any way for me to keep Edie, I would. I want her to be with loving people who can help bring out all her good traits, while helping her to deal with her few flaws.
