Ginger's Story...
Miss Ginger is about 2 yo, she was rescued in February from Palermo, NY where she was found tied to a tree with frostbite. She has come a long way since then and her amazing foster Debbie has worked with her and took her to obedience classes. Ginger is super sweet and she stole some hearts at the Canine Carnival this year ! She is dog selective and she would do better in a home with no other females . She is spayed, UTD on shots, NO CATS ! Please ask to meet her !!

Our Adoption Process...
If you are interested in one of our available pets we first require to fill out an application and agree to a home check. Once the application is approved we arrange a meet and greet with the dog/ dogs of your choice. For fees and applications visit our website : www.pitcityrescue.com. Our rescue strives to make the best matches possible and even though we do not normally adopt out of state we do make exceptions for the perfect match.

We are based in Auburn, NY and we rescue animals in need mainly from the Upstate NY area as well as overcrowded shelters in the South . Our main focus is the Pit Bull breed, we advocate for spaying/ neutering and responsible pet ownership.
