Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi Murphy here! I'm a senior AARB beagle. My human friends and foster mom call me Smurphy because I am such a handsome and distinguished old man but can be silly like the Smurfs! And no, I am not blue in color! :o)
I do have some things that I need to tell you about: First, I love everybody! I have not met a human that I have not liked. Dogs are OK too and cats, well....lets just say that I have learned that it is best to stay away from them. At least the ones I have met are.
One thing about me that is really important is that I do NOT like to be alone. Even if there are other animals around me, it's the humans that I want to be with. If I am left alone at home, I have to be crated and even then, I will bark for quite awhile. So, my foster mom takes me to one of our volunteer's grooming salon every day where I can be around people. I LOVE it there! I get to go to work everyday and meet all sorts of humans, dogs and cats. Big or small, I like them all! I am kind of like the dog version of the Walmart Greeter!
If you are looking for a companion who will entertain you most of the day and who will be happy just hanging around and keeping you company, then please ask Midwest BREW about me.
