Trey's Story...
Gentle, well-mannered, sweet Trey is looking for a great new family to call his own. Trey is a handsome 2 year old Brindle Terrier Mix that was found as a stray. Trey is a great boy to have around - he loves walks, playtime and quiet time next to his best friend forever (you!). Trey knows some of his basic commands, such as sit and paw and since he is a smart boy, he probably knows even more that we haven't discovered, or you can embark on an exciting adventure of teaching this great guy lots more commands and tricks. With a great temperament, sweet disposition and amazing good looks, Trey is ready and waiting for his forever family to come adopt him today. Visit him at AHS-TF!

About Our Shelter...
Services offered at our Tinton Falls Shelter are as follows:
- Adoption and surrender of cats, dogs and small pets
- Animal Control Services for nearby, contracted towns
- Radio-dispatched ambulances on call 24 hours a day, 7days a week to handle emergencies
- Treatment of illness and injury for shelter animals only
- Spay and neuter of shelter animals only
Shelter hours are: 12 noon- 5:30 Monday through Friday
12 noon - 5 pm Saturday and Sunday

Our Adoption Process...
When you come in to adopt it is an application process. You will need to fill out the application; upon approval you will need proof of homeownership, mortgage, tax, or sewer bill. If you rent your home, you will need a copy of your lease showing it is ok for you to have pets. If it is not in your original signed lease you will need to get a notarized letter from your landlord. Cat adoption fees are $75.00 plus $50.00 for the spay/neuter. Dog adoption fees vary. Please feel free to call the office with any question; we are here 7 days a week for adoptions between 12pm and 5pm.

Our Forked River facility also includes Popcorn Park Zoo. Established in 1977, Popcorn Park Zoo is a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, ill, exploited, abused or elderly wildlife, exotic and farm animals, and birds.
