Spike's Story...
Our 2 year old Shepherd/Hound Mix, Spike is an agile, athletic guy who is looking for an active family. Do you like to walk? Spike is your guy. Do you like to run? Spike would love to do that too! Whatever your activity Spike will fit right in. Spike likes to play catch in the play yard too! Spike seems to be house trained as he promptly does his business when we take him out. When your day is done Spike will be there hanging out on his back for some belly rubs and loving.
Our strikingly handsome boy with the beautiful brindle fur and gorgeous eyes knows sit, paw and walks well on leash, even better on a harness. Come meet handsome Spike today!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spike, a Tinton Falls Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Tinton Falls, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Tinton Falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tinton Falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tinton Falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tinton Falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
