Moe was surrendered to our rescue because his owner is facing her 4th back surgery and she also recently lost her husband. She can no longer take care of this wonderful boy and was so sad to give him up.
Moe is neutered, UTD on shots, HW negative and on flea/HW preventative.He is 4 yrs. old and is a larger yorkie - weighing about 12-pounds. He is very affectionate and is used to sleeping with his owner. He is housebroken. Moe is afraid of thunderstorms and wears a thunder-shirt during those stressful times. He loves children, but our policy is to place our dogs in homes with children over 8.He is fine with other dogs his size but is scared to death of large dogs. He would really prefer to be the only dog. NO CATS, please. His owner is retired so he is used to having someone with him most of the time. That would be the best for him!
Moe is in foster care in E. TN and will be transported to his forever home via Alpha Dog Transport. They charge $125.00 for their services and is paid when you claim your dog. They also hand off all the dog's shot /vet records.
