Grimm's Story...

Grimm certainly disproves her name! She was the most playful kitty in the litter and loved cuddling with her sisters and foster brother. While she can still be shy at times and likes to come to people on her own terms rather than being picked up whenever they want, she is an extremely beautiful cat who will bring a lot of joy to anyone lucky to have her. While it may take time and patience to win Grimm over and bond with her, it is extremely rewarding when it does happen. She may shy away from being picked up and cuddled right away, but she loves to lounge and sleep next to people and I suspect she'll be a cuddly cat in no time. Grimm loves other cats and would do well being adopted in a home with another cat.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grimm, a Vancouver Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
