The first thing most people notice about Reggie is his adorable ' teddy bear ' head with the cutest cheeks ever ! He was found a couple of months ago outside of an apartment complex, and had grown into a big kitty. More of him to love ! He is an awesome cat with a very calm,lovingand sweet demeanor. He loves to have his head scratched and rolls on
his side so you can rub his belly. He'll lay there for a long time soaking up the attention.
Everyone that meets Reggie just loves him ! He would be a great companion for another gentle / calm kitty ... or he could live alone with you and be spoiled as the king of the house. He deserves all the love you can give him and you'll get so much in return. He will add so much to your life !

Rescue Group Info...
We are a relatively new no-kill rescue group in Wake Forest, that takes in stray and abandoned cats / kittens, and then works to find them their forever homes. All of our animals are tested, vaccinated and have either been spayed or neutered. Although we currently have a wonderful all-volunteer staff, we always need more help (foster homes, fundraising, PR, website work, newsletters, etc). If you are interested in volunteering (even for just a few hours) or donating to help us rescue more cats and kittens, please contact us !!
We list all of our adoption events and our available kitties on our website: www.HobbesHouse.org . Our adoption events are normally held each weekend at the PetSmart at BrierCreek ( Saturday from 11 - 2 and Sunday from 12:30 - 3:30 )

We require that you fill out an application. If you live in an apartment, we then call them to insure they allow pets. If you have owned a pet before, we contact your vet for a reference.
After these two things have been done, we then contact you to discuss your application.
Our adoption fee is $100 for non- microchipped cats and $115 for microchipped cats, which covers our basic medical costs (vaccines, Feline Leukemia / FIV testing and spay/neuter).
