Tucker's Story...
PLEASE SEE US AT PETSMART IN BREA THIS SATURDAY 2/9 11AM TO 3PM FOR DOG AND PUPPY ADOPTIONS. Born around December 1st & dumped in the shelter when he was only 2 weeks old, we have had Tucker since the cold, rainy night his owners abandoned him. We initially bottle fed him, but he was happy to start plowing through regular food when when only 4 weeks old! Our best guess is he is a German Shepherd mixed with a touch of Rottie. We are guessing Tucker will be in the 60-70 lb range when fully grown. He is super friendly & ohhhh so cuddly!**** Due to the high volume of emails we receive we ask that you please visit our website prior to emailing as most questions can be answered there. THE FIRST STEP IN THE ADOPTION PROCESS IS FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION. Go to www.CuddlyCanines.com, then click on the Application & Adoption Info button. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ADOPTIONS ONLY

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tucker, a La Habra Heights German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler for sale in La Habra Heights, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in La Habra Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in La Habra Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a La Habra Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in La Habra Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
