My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bruiser is a 5 month old Chihuahua weighing a mere 3.5 lb. He was brought into the Coronado Animal Care Facility as a stray by a former dog walker.

This pint sized rocket is full of energy, bursting out and running everywhere with pure joy. "Slow" is not in his vocabulary unless he is in your arms and then he becomes a total snuggle bunny.

There is an air of confidence about Bruiser and he is brave and curious. He likes other dogs and doesn't have any idea how small he is!

Bruiser will need a home where he is safe and cannot easily get out and because of his size, a household with older children would be more suitable.

He is as handsome as they come and makes all the girls stop what they are doing to show him affection. He is easy-going and interested in all of his surroundings, a regular Mr. Snoopy Dog on the trail.

Come meet this little man with such a kissable face - this little guy will make you smile!

You can meet Bruiser any day at the Coronado Animal Care Facility between 9:00am and 4:00pm (except holidays).

If you are interested in adopting Bruiser, you must first complete a dog adoption application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Dog Adoption Counselor.
