Zoe's Story...
Zoe is the tiny baby in the litter, but she knows how to get what she wants. Tired of wrestling her bigger brothers and sisters for food, Zoe has learned where the big dogs eat. Now she wants to eat from their bowl all the time…she even DEMANDS it! When she’s turned loose from the puppy pen, she makes a bee-line for her favorite food as foster mom giggles at how the big dogs just step aside and let Zoe through. With her adorable bright eyes and short, satiny black coat, Zoe is such a charmer. She has a little bit of white on her toes and a blaze on her chest, but otherwise Zoe is a solid jet black.

Don’t forget to check out her brothers & sisters and their story….

This litter of puppies was once a box of seven Labrador/Boxer mixes recently dumped by their owner at a high-kill shelter. After spending a chilly weekend at the shelter because two other rescues fell through, we knew they needed out ASAP! Thankfully we were able to find a foster and sponsor for this lovely litter. At approximately 6 weeks old, these sweet babies are full of love, fun & puppy breath! Available for adoption in the near future, put your application in now for one of the Magnificent Seven!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoe, a Huntsville Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
