Zabryna's Story...
Update: 3-17-13 Zabryna has been surpassed by her once smaller sister, Zoe. Now she lives up to her nickname, "Teenie Breenie" although she has matured into a lovely young girl as you can see from her recent photos. Zabryna is an attention seeking sweetie who loves it when she gets what she wants. If Snoopy had a sister that knew how to "happy dance", then Zabryna would be her twin. If you enjoy laughing at silly puppy antics, Zabryna will entertain you.

Zabryna is not quite the smallest baby in the litter, but then size doesn’t matter to this brindle girl because she has personality. Currently she enjoys eating, sleeping and playing with toys. But she gets jealous of her sister, Zoe when she’s let out of the pen because Zabryna likes exploring too. She wants to hang out with the family and has found ways to squirm out of barriers if there’s any hint of opportunity. This little brindle girl is already showing us how smart she really is. Zabryna has a soft brindle coat with white points on her nose and feet that give her very stunning markings…smart & cute, what more could you ask for?

This litter of puppies was once a box of seven Labrador/Boxer mixes recently dumped by their owner at a high-kill shelter. After spending a chilly weekend at the shelter because two other rescues fell through, we knew they needed out ASAP! Thankfully we were able to find a foster and sponsor for this lovely litter. At approximately 6 weeks old, these sweet babies are full of love, fun & puppy breath! Available for adoption in the near future, put your application in now for one of the Magnificent Seven!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zabryna, a Huntsville Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
