It was Mickey's lucky day when a trucker spotted her all by herself, in the middle of nowhere, searching for shelter in the middle of a rainstorm down in Alabama. Luckily this good-hearted man took Mickey in out of the storm and got her to a safe place. The little pup went to a rescue who sent her on up to us once she was healthy and ready for a new home. Mickey is a little over a year old, and this little lady is a terrier mix. Mickey has an unbreakable spirit and nothing gets her down! She is always happy, and always ready to make new friends and greet them with a tail wag and a smile. Mickey is a little bundle of energy that loves to bounce and play, and spend lots of time in our exercise yard. While she is energetic, she is polite and well-behaved too, and gets along great with everyone. Mickey loves other dogs and is kenneled with her pal from AL, Buster, and the two make a cute couple!
