Cocoa's Story...
Hi! I'm Cocoa. I'm a pretty long and sleek chocolate female Chi. I'm completely bonded with my best pal Evie. I have a really cute underbite and my bottom teeth kind of stick out but it makes me unique. My foster mom broke Evie out of jail and I waited and waited and thought I had lost Evie forever but then a couple of days later, here came Evie's foster mom and she picked ME!!! She said Evie was sad because she lost her puppies and that I might just be able to cheer her up! Well she was right! I'm just tickled to death to be back with Evie and we are a couple of really good girls who'd love to be adopted to a forever home together. We aren't destructive. I'm the older sister. I'm about 6 years old and my sister Evie is about 4 or 5 years old but we are very healthy and happy. We don't bark a lot and we love to go on walks and play in the back yard. If you think you might be a good fit for us, please contact Tia at tia920@gmail.com. Thanks!!! We are looking forward to hearing from you! PS. I'm the one with the pink collar in the photo.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cocoa, a Cranford Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Cranford, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Cranford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cranford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cranford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cranford paves the way for another one to be saved.
