Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Looking for a fun-loving "guy" with lots of personality? Look no further--Georgie is your "man!" At seven (7) pounds, Georgie was seconds away from being euthanized at a shelter in the Central Valley. A volunteer pleaded with Staff not to follow through with the request and was allowed to rescue him. He was immediately removed from the Euthanasia Room and taken home for some much needed TLC and basic vet care. That was almost four (4) months ago.
Today, Georgie is all grown up! He is housetrained, uses a doggie door, walks well on a leash, will "sit" for his morning dog treat, absolutely loves the company of other dogs and entertains himself for long periods of time when given a "squeaky toy" or rawhide. Georgie also loves the water! What breed is he? That's a good question as no one can quite put their finger on it. Though, his foster mom says he looks just like a mini Malinois Shepherd. He is a small, medium sized dog weighing approximately 30-35 pounds and is all personality! Due to his very social nature, Georgie would do best in a home with school age children and/or other dogs with "room to roam" in a fenced yard.
