Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Has your cocker spaniel been asking for a dog? This might be the perfect time to get one. Rico looks very low-maintenance. I bet he’s never even met a groomer.” (Gus, a cocker spaniel)
COURTESY POSTING: This is not a NorCal Cocker Rescue dog but posted as an effort to support a successful private rescue.
This young Chihuahua or Chihuahua mix came to my front door on Monday, September 24th. I believe he may have been left there. He is young, but not a puppy. He is housetrained and seems to like other dogs, people and calm children. He weighs about 8 pounds.
He is with me now, but I am hoping to place him in a foster home right away. I already have 4 dogs and three have serious medical conditions due to old age. I have a friend who will pay for his neuter and to bring him up to date on his vaccinations. I can provide the transportation and will make the arrangements for this to be done, if someone can provide the after-care. He needs to be indoors and supervised in a yard he cannot escape from.
Please email Beth at jbluann@yahoo.com for information regarding Rico.
