My name is Molly. I am a vibrant 1 1/2 year old terrier mix and I weigh 20#. I came from a shelter in VA and now I am in another shelter in need of finding my forever home. I am housebroken and crate trained. I was used to running around in a fenced in yard so I am learning to walk on a leash and I am learning quickly. I really enjoy it! I lived with a family with young kids and we had lots of fun together. I like dogs but have never been around cats. I can be a little skittish upon meeting the first time but I am friendly. I can be a couch potato at times but I do like car rides and outside adventures so if you are looking for a fun loving companion I hope to see you soon!

About Our Shelter...
Founded in 1971 as the Animal Aid Society of Englewood, Suncoast Humane Society began with a few cages where people left stray animals to be cared for. Over the years, our service area has grown to include over 400 square miles, covering three counties: Sarasota, Charlotte and portions of Lee.
Suncoast Humane Society provides a safe refuge for thousands of lost, abandoned and abused animals from our service area each year. We are committed to our open-door policy of never turning any animal away, regardless of health, temperament, breed or circumstances.

We are open to the public for adoptions (or just come to visit the animals) as follows:
Tuesday - Friday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Adoptions stop @ 4:30 PM)
Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (adoptions stop @ 3:30 PM)
CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY
