Hi, I'm Bella. I'm a loving, playful girl. I like my sisal scratching post, furry mice and soft balls to play with. I love to climb to high places too. I love my friend Chester so if you're looking for two kittes, we would be perfect together. I'm not terribly fond of dogs but will be OK with them. I get along with other kitties and would love to find a home of my own. Please come visit with me!

When you do bring me home, make a 'safe' room for me while I get used to the smells and sounds of my new home. I'll adjust better this way! This will also give me a 'safe' place to go if I get scared.

F.A.T. KATZ Mission:
~Provide a safe haven in the form of foster homes for stray, orphaned, abused or neglected cats in the Albuquerque metro area.
~Provide veterinary care to all cats and kittens in our foster program and spay/neuter them prior to adoption.
~Relocate cats and kittens into permanent, adoptive homes.
~Educate the public regarding the need for spay/neuter and provide counseling and advice about cat behavior and care issues.
~Assist owners through low-cost spay and neuter for their cats and through our surrender and adoption program, give them peace of mind knowing that their cats will be cared for “for life” through our adoption program.
~Limit cat overpopulation by assisting in the trap-neuter-release (TNR) of feral cats.
~Welcome all volunteers and fosters into the F.A.T. Katz family with respect and support.
Adoption events are held weekly at Petco, 6300 San Mateo NE, San Mateo and Academy. Saturdays and Sundays, 11am-5pm.
When interested in adopting, first a 2 page adoption application is completed. Second, if approved, the adoption fee is $100 and includes spay/neuter, current on vaccines and Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus testing with negative results.
