Lennon's Story...
**NO ADOPTION FEE TO A GREAT, APPROVED HOME!

He's a Schnauzer mix definitely. Medium-larger size, blonde, big puppy dog brown eyes even though he's about 2. Doesn't bother my cat-will chase if he runs, but never tried to actually catch him. Gets along great with my other dogs except for Isaac who isn't neutered and both trying to be alpha. Loves to run and play. Is a good inside dog as well, but loves outside. He knows sit-working on shake, he doesn't like "pests"! He has been known to kill rats, possums, etc.. He is the best exterminator!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lennon, a Nashville Standard Schnauzer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Standard Schnauzer for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Standard Schnauzer dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Standard Schnauzer breeders who help with Standard Schnauzer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
