My story

Hi, I'm Buffy! I'm a sweet sleek cat who came to Happy Cats because my people moved and left me behind. I have a beautiful black coat and big golden eyes.

I'm quite the lap cat once you get to know me, ready to settle in for a purring session, as you can see. I do have my limits with petting, but am pretty good at letting you know when I've had enough. I no longer have my claws, so I definitely have to stay indoors where I can be the queen of the sunny spots.

I do okay with the other nice cats in my colony but would really thrive in a home where I could have my people all to myself. I may have experienced some unpredictable behavior from my original guardians that made me fearful of sudden movement, so a quiet household would probably be best for me, without children or dogs.
