Snow White's Info...

My name is Snow White, because I am. I have a lovely pure white coat and a darling little pink nose and big green eyes! I'm a youngster, just about 2. Right now tho, I feel sad because my owner died and they brought me here to the shelter. I sure wish I could find a new happy home where the people would hug me and love me and make me feel better. It's hard to be an orphan. I've been de-clawed, so I want an indoor-only home where I'll be safe. I'm already spayed, so I'm ready to go, as they say! If you'll take me home and love me, I'll love you right back, I promise! Come on in and ask to visit with me. I'm in cage #111.
Shelter Info...
We are the Animal Shelter for the City of El Cajon. We also house animals for the City of La Mesa. We take in strays and animals relinquished by their owners from these two City's only. We adopt out the animals that are not claimed by their owners. You do not have to live within the City to adopt an animal from us. We sometimes have animals other than dogs and cats.
We are located in the City of El Cajon which is east of San Diego. 1275 N. Marshall is two blocks north of Fletcher Parkway, Marshall runs parallel with the trolley tracks.
We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 10am to 5pm. The latest we start an adoption is 4:30. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.
Our adoption fee for dogs is $80.00 and cats are $80.00 All other animal adoption fee's are based on the type of animal.
We do an evaluation with you and the animal to be sure that it is the best animal for you. We require that all children in the household under 9 years old be evaluated with the animal and if you are adopting a dog and you currently own a dog, your dog needs to be evaluated with the new dog to be sure they get along.
