found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Here is what her foster dad had to say:
Timber is still very much a puppy and is just learning house manners, how to walk nicely on a leash and how good it feels to be loved as a trusted friend. She is a beautiful dog that draws lots of attention wherever we go. She enjoys meeting new friends and is always happy and eager to please. She loves attention and is affectionate and playful with everyone.
She now knows "sit" and "down" and we are working on her leash manners. Her head is smaller than her neck at the moment so we are currently walking her with a gentle leader as she can pull out of her collar. I am currently working on her crate training but she doesn't like it as she wants to be wherever I am. I currently on leave her for 3 hours or so a day.
Timber loves other dogs and always wants to play. She would be great in a home with another dog or with older children that would enjoy playing a game of ball with her in the yard. She would need a good walk each day and a back yard to play in would be best. I don't know how she would be with cats but I don't foresee any issues but she may need some training to learn how to play nicely.
Timber would be a very loyal companion and has a strong desire to please her owner. She will need further training and obedience classes would be great for this girl as she responds very well to a calm, confident leader. She is still a pup and will need her new family to be committed to continuing her training to help her become the great pet she can be.
If you think Timber would be a good fit for your family, please submit an application for consideration.
