Audrey Hepburn's Story...
Audrey is an elegant lady cat :). She loves a window where she can watch the birds. We'd love to find a human companion who she can share the recliner with ;). She's quiet, neat, and will be very grateful for a home. Audrey, like many young cats, fell into the wrong hands as a kitten and now needs someone who will keep her safe forever. Unfortunately, if a kitten misses the "tiny kitten" window of opportunity, the rest of their life can be unsettled. We want to make things right for Audrey. If you'd like to meet her, her foster mom will be happy to call you. Audrey is microchipped, spayed, Felv/Fiv negative, fully and fully vaccinated. Thanks to the generosity of a sponsor who helped pay her vet bills, her adoption fee of $75 is reduced. Audrey is fostered in Madison, AL. Please email to meet her. INFO@FORrescue.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Audrey Hepburn, a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
