My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Elizabeth: 7 -8 month old female white mitted lynx point Ragdoll

We have only had Elizabeth three weeks but she sure has grown in that time.. And what a beauty she is growing into! Look how plush and full her tail is. Her snowy white feet are super large. Her eyes have become a deeper blue. Her fur is soft as silk. She is going to be a big, gorgeous Ragdoll girl.

She was left at a shelter due to " moving out of state", That is a familiar story. Her last family will miss seeing this lovely girl come into her own. Right now she is all about movement. Lizzie is agreeable and easy to cuddle with but her biggest pleasure right now seems to be moving. She has all that kitten energy. She is not easy to photograph in focus. Sometimes she says I am busy don't bother me right now. She has opinions.

Her response at being brought to, and left in, the shelter was to be cranky and annoyed. Who wouldn't be? But it put her in the category of "not up for adoption" and that can be dangerous unless rescue can step in. I was happy to say yes immediately and she was put on a transport to me the very next day. Lizzie settled down into being a sweet loving girl really right away. Initially she would say "Hiss.
Hiss. Pet me. Pet me" Typical somewhat ungrounded kitten. She is very loving now. She will make someone a wonderful companion.

Lizzie likes other cats and would probably be fine with them after a little adjustment period. No one super old and lazy for her; she needs playmates. She might do well with a dog, I don't know, but she would probably enjoy active doggie energy.

She eats wet and dry and is litterbox perfect.

Her foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
