Joey's Story...
Joey is looking for his forever home. He is 5-6 years old and was an owner surrender from Utah. His Foster Mom says it's a joy to foster sweet JOEY. He is mostly blind, but doesn't seem to mind, as he is an exuberant, playful little fella. Snuggling is his very favorite activity. He seems to prefer lots of human company! Such a sweet heart ! Joey is ready for adoption. Please visit pugpals.org, click on the Forms & Info link and download the Adoption Application form.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joey, a Eagle Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Eagle, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Eagle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eagle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eagle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eagle paves the way for another one to be saved.
