Jasper is an adorable young neutered male with splashy tiger markings and the sweetest face! He was rescued from the side of the road by a teenager who, after caring for Jasper some time, decided he did not want the responsibility of a pet. Now, the teen's stepmom is trying to find this wonderful kitty a permanent home.

She describes him this way: "About the cat, he’s a sweet muffin pie (really!)...he just needs someone to love – he uses the litter box, he’s friendly, he’s affectionate – he’s beautiful – he’s healthy."
