Meow! My name is Cutie
|Breed:||Domestic Shorthair||Color:||Calico Or Dilute Calico||Age:||Adult|
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with cats.
Cutie was trapped in a warehouse in Webster back in 2010 with her siblings Silver, Pirate, Shelley, and Hamlet who are all also available for adoption. They are very skiddish cats as they were semi-feral when they came to us. With time, love, and patience though they come around to the people who put in extra effort to get to know them. They are capable of being pet, but they prefer to run and hide until they feel comfortable coming out at their own pace. These are very low-maintenance, very independent cats who try to like people but since nobody has shown interest in them until they came to us in 2010, they more or less keep to themselves. As with others, they tend to come out with a little food bribery and tend to stick around for a while after then, so we feel that with a quiet home and someone willing to put in the effort to earn their trust, they'll eventually come out of their shell. Cutie can be adopted out by herself and does NOT need to go with any of her siblings, but she does get along with other cats if you have any in your home already.
Please call before driving long distancers to the shelter to make sure that any cat(s) you are interested in are still available at the shelter, or if they are in a foster home can be brought to the shelter for you to meet.
Adoption prices are:
Adults (1 year and older) $50
Single Kittens (Under 1 year) $175
Pair of Kittens (Under 1 year) $300
Adoption fees include:
Distemper vaccines (2 or 3 depending on age)
