Hamlet's Info...
| Breed: | Domestic Shorthair | Color: | Orange Or Red (Mostly) | Age: | Adult |
| Sex: | Male | ID#: | 5361502-10-269 | Hair: | Short |
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with cats.
Hamlet was trapped in a warehouse in Webster with his siblings Silver, Pirate, Shelley, and Cutie who are all also available for adoption. He is a skiddish cat as he was semi-feral when he came to us back in 2010. With time, love, and patience though he has come around to the people who put in extra effort to get to know him. He is capable of being pet, loves treats, and will occasionally play with you when he feels comfortable He is a very low-maintenance, very independent cat who tries to like people but since nobody has shown interest in him since he came to us in 2010, he more or less has kept to himself. As with others, he tends to come out with a little food bribery and tends to stick around for a while after then, so we feel that with a quiet home and someone willing to put in the effort to earn his trust, he'll eventually come out of their shell. Hamlet is the brother to the above-mentioned cats, but he is the only one with tiny little legs and he is a very petite cat, many people think he's still a kitten!
Please call before driving long distancers to the shelter to make sure that any cat(s) you are interested in are still available at the shelter, or if they are in a foster home can be brought to the shelter for you to meet.
