Mr. Mittens - Cuddles dogs!'s Story...
ADOPTED MARCH 2013 This is Mr. Mittens! A 2-year-old (approx.) medium-haired brown tabby. He was found as a stray in Minden, but never claimed. We have had him vaccinated and neutered. Mr. Mittens is VERY friendly and is being fostered by the family that found him. He cuddles with and LOVES dogs. He loves his belly rubbed and gets along with the other cats in the foster home. We think he would be fine with kids. Mr. Mittens has a big personality and loves cuddling in bed with you. He is quite stunning with his lion's mane, looong whiskers and gorgeous eyes.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mr. Mittens - Cuddles dogs!, a Huntsville Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
