Meet Bailey! Bailey is a 2 1/2 year old German Shepherd/Lab mix. She is very sweet and loves other dogs. Bailey is a very quiet dog, rarely barks. She loves sleeping on her doggie bed and she is GREAT in a crate. She actually loves sleeping in her crate. When I am at work, I leave her in my house, either in the kitchen behind the baby gate or in a large crate. She NEVER has accidents. I have other dogs including a yorkie, and Bailey is very sweet to all of them. She has NO aggressions and all of my dogs eat together. She also walks very well on a leash. Bailey has been spayed, vaccinated, and received a 6 month heartworm prevention shot. She is a little shy and needs a semi-quiet, stable home. If interested, email psiloveyouar@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Glastonbury German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
