Emmett's Info...

Emmett's Story...
Poor Emmett was picked up as a stray at a high kill shelter. He was very thin, dirty and very scared. We saw this poor boy who was terrified and we rescued him. Emmett is just the sweetest boy ever and so loving. He wants attention whenever you are willing to give it to him and he will follow you everywhere. He is great with other dogs but really loves to be around people. He is about 2 years old and about 20 pounds of pure love. He is house trained and uses a dog door. Please give this sweet boy a forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emmett, a San Pedro Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in San Pedro, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in San Pedro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Pedro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Pedro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Pedro paves the way for another one to be saved.
