Candie & Diamond's Story...
Meet Candie( chocolate) and Diamond ( Red). These labs are stuck at a kill shelter in north east Tennessee and we are hoping to get them to safety by finding them a foster home or an adopter. They are at the shelter because their elderly owner is dying and has been admitted to a nursing home. He is devastated that his dogs are at a shelter. We would love to let him know that his beloved girls are safe. Can you give them the home that they need? These ladies are 8 years old and have never been separated. They are used to being outside but they keep their run at the shelter clean, They would be easy to house train. They are negative for heartworms and are already spayed. They are very well behaved and have great personalities. They are good with kids and other animals and love to play. Please let us know if you would like to apply to adopt or foster these wonderful friends. Discount is given for this bonded pair.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Candie & Diamond, a Spring Valley Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Spring Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Spring Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spring Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spring Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spring Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
