Mara's Story...
Mara is a black and white Terrier mix. She is here with her siblings and is the smallest out of the three. Due to her young age and lack of training she has yet to be housebroken. We do not know if she does well with cats or other dogs but really enjoys the company of her siblings. This little dog is very sweet, she will be sure to give you all the love and friendship you could ever ask for. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mara, a Jackson American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Jackson, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
