PEPPER IS IN NEW ENGLAND AND WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU!!!!
Pepper is a playful, affectionate and very pretty little girl! She is about 9 weeks old (Feb. 1) and is all spayed and ready for a new home. She and her mom and littermates were all turned in to the kill shelter when they were just three weeks old. Her great foster mom has given her a wonderful start and now she'd love to make herself at home in your lap! Pepper is 15 lbs right now and will likely grow to a medium/large sized pooch.
