Lucky's Story...
This little guy was found as a stray. Why would anyone not come look for their little baby? He was held to give his owner a chance to come get him, but nobody ever did! He is now available for you to own. He has been neutered and is up to date on his shots. He has been in a foster home before he came to the adoption center where he got along with kids and other dogs. He is just an all around great dog.

Please call Lucky's foster home at 573-765-3387 or send them an email at jenzme@ymail.com for more information on how to make Lucky a member of your family.

A minimum adoption donation of $125 is asked to help with his medical costs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucky, a Crocker Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Crocker, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Crocker.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crocker already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crocker breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crocker paves the way for another one to be saved.
