FURR is a 100% volunteer organization. Every penny donated goes to paying our vet bills, caring for our cats living at Petco and TNR. Our adoptions fees don't come close to paying the bills. Please help us save more lives. FURR is a 501(c)3 organization so donations are tax deductible.
It is now kitten season and we are in dire need for more foster homes. Please contact us if you can foster a litter of kittens, bottlebabies or a mom with kittens. FURR pays for all vet care at our partner vets, and experienced foster parents are available to help the newbies through the joys of raising kittens. Fostering is fun, wonderful and saves lives.

MY FOSTER MOM CALLS ME SHY. WHEN SHE FIRST MET ME AT PETCO, I WAS VERY UNHAPPY. I HATED BEING HELD AND TAKEN IN AND OUT OF THE CAGE. I HISSED , SPIT, AND GROWLED.
FOR SOME REASON SHE TOOK ME HOME ANYWAY. I LIKED THE CAR RIDE IN THE PET TAXI. WHEN WE GOT TO THE HOUSE I MET THE TWO OTHER KITTIES THAT WERE IN THE CAR WITH ME. THEY WERE OK BUT I DID NOT LIKE WHEN THEY TOOK MY TOY AND I HATED WHEN A HUMAN TRIED TO PICK ME UP, I GUESS I WAS NOT TOO FRIENDLY.
THEY SAID I NEEDED TO BE SOCIALIZED, BUT MY FOSTER MOM DID NOT PUT IN IN A ROOM ALL BY MYSELF, SHE WAS NICE AND JUST LET ME WALK AROUND AND GET TO KNOW WHERE I WAS. YOU KNOW WHAT, I LIKED IT THE KITTIES AND THE HUMANS. AND I FOUND OUT I COULD SIT ON THEIR LAP AND THERY WOULD PET ME AND I REALLY LIKED IT. I STARTED TO MAKE A NOISE IN MY THROAT, I WAS PURRING!
MY FOSTER FAMILY LOVES ME AND I LOVE THEM TOO! I AM VERY HAPPY AND VERY LOVABLE. I ALSO LOVE TO PLAY WITH THE BALLS SHE MADE FROM FOIL AND RIBBONS.
I WILL ALWAYS TRY TO BE A SPECIAL LOVABLE KITTY! I AM A VERY HAPPY CAT!
