Holly's Story...
By dictionary definition, the word Holly means “brightly spirited person, with a lot of passion for life”! Well, Holly may not be a person, but she certainly is bright and spirited. She will make your heart melt with her big brown eyes, looking for love, direction and a signal that everything is going to be ok. Holly is still new to learning commands like sit and stay, but with her high level of intelligence and natural desire to please, she will have them down in no time. She loves to run, play and explore, but most of all she wants to sit on a cozy bed with loved ones nearby and chew on a squeaky toy. This genuinely innocent and sweet girl does not have a mean bone in her body. Once she knows she is safe, she will let you hug her, put your hands in her mouth, and tug on her toes, all with a smile on her face. Holly is truly one of a kind. Holly is looking for the very best home, not just a home. If you are looking for a canine companion to share your life with, come meet this precious girl!

If you are interested in meeting Holly, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321.

[Holly is 2 years old and about 55 lbs.]

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Holly, a Marina del Rey Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
