LIZZIE's Story...
JOGGING & BIKING BUDDY!!!!!

Lizzie just loves to play and exercise. This 2 ½ year old beauty is looking for a jogging, walking, running, biking or hiking buddy. Lizzie is a smart pooch who retrieves, plays ball and fetches sticks. She carries an 8 pound backpack easily and could carry your water and hers on an adventure! Lizzie learns VERY quickly. She would do really well with agility or any job you'd give her. Lizzie would be happy being the only dog. This 55-pound lab/hound mix is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows how to use a doggie door. She also knows how to ask to go outside if you don't have a doggie door. Playful Lizzie knows some commands like sit and shake hands. She's sweet and affectionate. Lizzie is micro-chipped, spayed and has up-to-date shots. Lizzie would love to be your best buddy.

We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
I am an independent doggie rescuer and take in homeless sweeties from various situations - including directly from shelters, personal contacts, and strays. My experience in dog rescue work stems back starting over ten years ago when one of my very own dogs was found on the streets, she had been hit by a car and rolled several times.

I rescue dogs through-out the State of Arizona, particularly a lot of the hard placements.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LIZZIE, a Phoenix Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
