Monty's Story...
Monty was rescued from a kill shelter. He is 4 months old, has a shiny black fur and lots of love to give. His purr motor which sounds like a tractor and you can hear it across the room. We do not know where he came from but we know where he is going - to a happy home! Will it be yours? Monty loves other kittens, people and probably will be receptive to a friendly pup (he is young enough).

Monty is 4 months old, tested for FIV and FELV, vaccinated and neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Monty, a Brooklyn Bombay kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bombay for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Bombay kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bombay breeders who help with Bombay rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
