DAISY's Story...
Sweet....adorable.....GORGEOUS Daisy. Daisy's story is quite sad. She was found in the cold with a torn note attached to her collar that read "My name is Daisy". She arrived scared to death....shivering.....Staff feels she was badly abused and it has taken weeks for this wonderful gal to TRUST anyone. With extra TLC Daisy is slowly coming around. She LOVES other dogs and enjoys playing the snow. We have listed her as 'special needs' because it is going to take a very special family that will have plenty of time and patience to work with her. Once she has found her wonderful, fabulous home.....she will give you her unconditional love......FOREVER!! This gal needs a second chance to know what it's like to have a REAL home......CARING family.......and SOMEONE who will love her........at last...........

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DAISY, a Medford Basenji/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basenji/Border Collie for sale in Medford, or seeking a Basenji/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basenji/Border Collie breeders who help with Basenji/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
