Boz's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, and up to date with shots.

Boz's Story...
Take a look at Boz he is less than a year old with a gorgeous lab block head and a nice retriever body. However poor Boz got adopted and brought back because he did not get along with the Rodesian Ridgeback in the home. He is crate trained and very loving to the family.. He is also heartworm positive but is on treatment and it should be gone in no time and will make a complete recovery. Fortunatley the shelter will give him another try but they ca't keep him a long time. Please consider giving this poor guy a home. The shelter is at 650 John Howell DRive in Lincolnton, NC. Phone 704 736 4125. If you call you need to give them his shelter ID number. ,It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30, Mon-sat. you can adopt the same day, but the shelter does not accept credit cards. For only 85.00 you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccines, other vaccinatins a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free insurance. YOu cannot beat such a agreat deal anywhere. don't delay . , these dogs dont have forever in this shelter which is forced to euthanize due to pet over population. thanks for looking.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boz, a Lincolnton Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
