HISTORY: BECKETT and her older companion KOUFAX were raised in a loving home, but their former owner moved out of state to a living situation where cats were not permitted, and so surrendered them to Felines & Friends several years ago. KOUFAX developed diabetes and lived out his life in the company of another older diabetic cat until they went to the Rainbow Bridge together in 2015. BECKETT is still waiting for homes. Due to her age, a kidney-friendly diet is recommended for BECKETT.
TEMPERAMENT: BECKETT is a very sweet, mellow cat who will quickly adapt to new surroundings with a little extra love and attention. She is scared of dogs, but loves laps. BECKETT would be a lovely companion for an older person as she is quiet and gentle. She is a big, beautiful lady with a short coat and calico markings.
