found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
We believe he was a Shepard mix. Maybe some corgi? He is said to max out about 35-40 lb. He is about 27 lbs now. He was the odd ball of the litter. Only a nub for a tail.
He is crate trained. Sleeps thru the night in his crate. Fully potty trained. Though on occasion has happy tinkles when overly excited.
He would be awesome with a house with other animals. It is the one thing that would be so good for him to have a companion. He is also good with kids. Does like to jump up in excitement for attention...We are working on it. He loves the attention and loves to be scratched. He regularly plays with a little chihuahua. Every pet encounter, Bernie has always been the first to lay down to another dog. He has no urge to be an alpha.
He is a puppy so he still has a lot of energy. Smart puppy that understand basic commands. He is a puppy still... so he could use a bit more training.
We are hoping that he can be fostered/adopted ASAP. Because of allergies and change in schedules ... he is now having to be left alone for several hours at a time by himself. It is so unfair to Bernie but can not be avoided. We worry it can eventually change his loving friendly spirit.
His adoption fee is $150
