CHARLOS 6 wks.'s Story...
Charlos arrived on Feb. 2nd weighing in at only two pounds, 7 oz. He is now 5.5 pounds. He is approx. 6 weeks old. Upon arrival to his foster home, Charlos loved to explore and play with toys. He plays well with the other dogs in his foster home to. Despite the size difference, he got along fine with the other dogs. Charlos is fostered with children and dogs. Children and dogs are not required for this pup, but we want you to know he has the exposure. UPDATE: Charlos is a happy puppy that loves running around and playing with his sister. He also enjoys being outside. He is very adventurous, and likes to explore. Has not been on a leash, but walks along side of you. Also loves to snuggle! Charlos is also a great eater. UPDATE: Charlos has been progressing well since has been with his foster family. He plays with his litter mate as well as the big dogs in his foster family. He comes when you call and loves to be held. He gives lots of kisses as his tail wags nonstop. His fur is thick and luxurious. He is learning about paper training and loves to snuggle on the couch in the early evening. He sleeps through the night and gets along great with the children. Why Adoption is a Great Option

CHARLOS 6 wks., a West Milford Australian Shepherd/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Beagle for sale in West Milford, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Beagle puppy from a breeder in West Milford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Beagle breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
