I'm Sully and I was rescued from a high kill shelter in San Bernardino. I am approximately 7 years old and I weigh 63 pounds. I was born with undeveloped optic nerves, leaving me 100% blind but my blindness does not stop me from being a happy dog that truly loves and appreciates life! I get around just fine like any other "seeing" dog and adapt very well to my surroundings. My favorite things are cuddling, blankets, sun bathing in the yard, love walks, and play time. With enough noise (squeaky ball) I can even play fetch!! My favorite hobby is to suck on blankets all the time and especially love car rides. I get so excited for a ride I jump in the car on my own and politely sit in the back or lay down. I'm also crate trained, potty trained, doggie door trained, and know commands such as sit, stay, and lay down. I have recently gone through some professional training to work on socialization with people and other animals and some insecurities. Due to my blindness, I need a little time to warm up, but with patience I can be an amazing companion! My foster says I'm always entertaining, and just look at my unforgettable smile!
